This is the next step leading on from the Level 2 Food and Beverage qualification. Focusing on the finer details of hospitality, you will refine the skills learnt at Level 2 and learn to supervise and manage areas within the Waterside Brasserie.
You will develop a more in depth knowledge of alcoholic beverages, legislation, barista, cocktail making, dealing and managing transactions along with supervising the day to day workings of our Waterside Brasserie.
