OVERVIEW

This Level 3 NVQ qualification is for experienced workers and is aimed at electrical operatives who wish to enhance their employability and to gain a JIB Gold Card.

If you are looking to become graded with the JIB (Joint Industry Board) as an approved electrician you are required to hold an NVQ Level 3.

This new NVQ has been designed by the JIB in conjunction with EAL to allow candidates with previous electrical experience or qualifications to still achieve an NVQ required for approved status, (JIB Gold card).

If you are working in the electrical industry, we can now offer this brand new NVQ qualification.

Once you enroll onto the course you will have an initial interview and be assigned an assessor. Our commitment to you means that you will have a dedicated assessor who will initially meet with you and go through the portfolio, which will guide and support you throughout the NVQ process. This will include up to 3 pre-arranged on-site visits which will assist in gathering evidence on your progress, monitor your competency on site and to make sure that you are on track to complete your portfolio.
