OVERVIEW

Do you have a passion for food? Could you see yourself working in a lively, fast-paced environment? If you are creative in the kitchen, and wish to turn your passion for food into a profession then we have a course perfect for you. 

Whilst studying at Middlesbrough College, you will have the opportunity to work in our award winning Waterside Brasserie restaurant, and train in our fully equipped training kitchens and demonstration theatre. Here, you you will gain skills and knowledge in food preparation, cooking and food safety.
