This qualification covers the required skills and knowledge for preparing to work in the hospitality and catering industry.
It is designed to meet the needs of students who work or want to work as a chef and have the flexibility to undertake additional learning in food service.
Catering and Hospitality students will have the opportunity to work in our award winning training restaurant, The Waterside Brasserie. The restaurant is open to the public across the week and all the food is prepared and served by our students in one of our five fully equipped industrial kitchens.
